So very True!!! My hubbie knows I blog, but he doesn't read, and even when I say "read this do you think it's "okish"" he'll get distracted. LOL he says "but I know that":)
I have 1 sister that knows but she doesn't read. I have a group of about 10 girls that i went to highschool with that I refound on facebook and I gave them the link but I don't get any comments. Today I think is the day I set up some kind of counter for my own interest.
I've found more like minded people on the internet then I've ever come across in my real life. Funny how that happens?

You know - it's funny. I used to think it was so "sad" that my brother spent so much time online (message boards) and just couldn't understand how he could possibly consider those people "friends." And then he met his longtime girlfriend (and future wife) online. We all thought it was so odd.

Now I get it.

Really well said, and so true. I got so much from the comments people left on my guest post here. Really. I've gone back several times to read them, and they make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside just knowing people cared enough to write them.

I think you both know all too well that I understand what you're getting at here. I might be one of those blurrers. :-)

I try to look at it like we're all vanguards of a new way of doing things. Just because other people in our lives don't get it, it doesn't make it "wrong," "better" or their opposites -- it just IS.

Wonderfully said. I think as time goes on we'll start to see more of those lines blurring. But there will always be those who don't understand the solace, comfort, and support some of us find through social media
