My now husband remarked early in our relationship that he thought my family said “I Love You” way too often. Ironically, he has come to our way of think and not even realized it. And I love him even more for it.

And I love the fact your mom used to scream it out the window. Marking that down in my when-my-kids-become-teenagers to-do list.

You can NEVER say I Love You too much! I say it all the time to my husband, family and friends. I just want them to know how I feel all the time, just in case. It’s the last thing I say to my husband on the phone. We have never once hung up the phone without saying “I love you”! Great post

You can’t take your money with you. Unless you cure cancer or something, it doesn’t matter what you did for a job. Your shoe collection will never matter. But how much you loved and how much you were loved back? That is what matters.
